We can take an idea from conception through completion.  Decaying OrbitHogofilm's feature-length film Decaying Orbit was produced entirely in-house and released in 2007. The $50K film featured hundreds of CG special effects. The film was nominated for three awards at the 6th annual Shockerfest Film Festival: Best Sci-Fi Feature Film, Best Actress in a Sci-Fi/Fantasy Film (Osa Wallander), and Best Actor in a Sci-Fi/Fantasy Film (Andy Allen). Osa Wallander won the Best Actress award. The film was also nominated for Best Feature Film at the 2007 Terror Film Festival.  
IRrelevant AstronomyIRrelevant Astronomy (the "IR" stands for "infrared") is a comedic educational video series produced by NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope. Hogofilm president Tim Pyle writes & directs the series, and Hogofilm has contributed animation from the beginning. The series was a top-10 finalist at the 2008 Podcast Awards in the Technology/Science division. The episode M51 & Gizmo won a Best of Festival award at the 2008 Kids First Film Festival, as well as an Aegis Award and a CINE Golden Eagle Award.
